What You’ll Do

As a Product Design Intern at Cynco, you will:

• Work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to design user-centered features and interfaces.
• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web or mobile experiences.
• Contribute to our design system and help maintain visual consistency across products.
• Participate in design critiques, brainstorms, and product discussions.
• Learn best practices in design processes, collaboration, and iteration.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of basic design principles (layout, color, typography, hierarchy).
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and perspectives.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or sample of design work (can include school projects or personal work).

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of user research or design systems.
• Interest in motion design or illustration.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus but not required.
