What you'll do

As a software engineer at Cynco, you’ll:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build new features from concept to launch.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems.
• Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in [insert your stack — e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, etc.].
• Experience with [relevant frameworks or tools — e.g., React, Node.js, Django, etc.].
• Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Understanding of software design principles, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Interest in DevOps or infrastructure-as-code.
• Contributions to open source projects.
