4. User Data and Content

• Data Submission: By using our services, you may upload financial data, including but not limited to bank statements, invoices, contracts, and other sensitive information ("User Data").
• Compliance with Laws: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload User Data and that doing so does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Data Security: We employ reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your User Data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• License to Use Data: You grant CYNCO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
• Data Usage for Improvement: We may use aggregated and anonymized data derived from your User Data to enhance and improve our services. Such data will not identify you or any individual personally.
