Every document, versioned and answerable

Keep the company's paperwork in ten folders that follow the books. Each file is read and labelled when it arrives, the old version stays when you replace it, and you can ask questions of all of it.

  • Ask your documents
  • Versions kept
  • Share links with controls
  • Duplicates stored once
  • PDF, Office, CSV and images up to 20 MB
  • Split one PDF into as many as 50 files
  • An identical file is never stored twice

Sharing

Hand the auditor a link, not a pile of attachments

Share a file or a folder with a password, an expiry, a download cap and a one-time email code, open only to the domains you allow. Then see who opened it.

  • Allow or block by email or @domain
  • Views and downloads per person, exportable to CSV

On upload

Read, labelled and kept

PDFs and images up to 15 MB are read as they arrive and labelled as an invoice, a receipt, a bank statement, a contract and so on. Replace a file and the old one stays in its history.

  • Thirteen labels, with a one-line summary of what it covers
  • A file behind a bill or a journal can't be purged
