Payroll that knows the statutory rules

EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF and zakat, worked out from dated rules that follow LHDN's computerised method. Every run needs a second person to approve it, and hands you the files to pay and remit.

  • PCB to LHDN's 2026 spec
  • Two-person approval
  • CP39 and ASSIST files
  • Form EA and CP8D
Basic salary

On RM 5,500 basic, net pay is RM 5,078.60.

Pick a salary. None of these payslips is typed in: Cynco's payroll engine worked each one out when this page was built.
  • Bonuses taxed on the additional-remuneration path
  • Zakat withheld as the employee instructs
  • A month with no published rules is refused, never guessed

Approval

Nobody runs payroll alone

A run moves from draft to submitted to approved, and the approver has to be someone other than the person who submitted it. Approving posts the run's journal entry in the same transaction, so a closed month refuses the approval.

  • Draft, submitted, approved
  • The submitter can never approve their own run
  • Approval posts the journal entry

Files

Pay and remit from the run

Each run gives you a CP39 file for PCB, the PERKESO ASSIST file and salary files for three banks. For the 2025 remuneration year, Form EA for every employee, a Form E preparation sheet to key into e-E, and CP8D.

  • Maybank2E, CIMB BizConverter and RHB salary files
  • ASSIST in its fixed 223-character format
