Payments that land in the books
Every invoice carries a payment link. On CHIP your customer pays by FPX, DuitNow QR or card; on Stripe or Airwallex, by card and the methods that gateway offers. The payment posts when it clears, and the invoice reads Paid because the money is on record.
- CHIP, Stripe and Airwallex
- Full, part or deposit
- Duplicate-safe webhooks
- Gateway fees split out
- Overpayment refused on the invoice page
- A receipt your customer can download
- Refunds at the gateway post the reverse
Gateways
Bring the gateway you already use
Connect CHIP for ringgit, Stripe for five currencies or Airwallex for eleven. Your customer pays from the same invoice link, and the payment comes back to that invoice whichever gateway carried it.
- CHIP: card, FPX, DuitNow QR and e-wallets
- Stripe: card and FPX. Airwallex: card and the local methods your account enables
Settlement
Fees booked with the charge
A gateway charge syncs with its fee, and Cynco posts net to the bank, the fee to its own expense, and clears the invoice in full.
- Gross, fee and net in one balanced entry
- Matched against the synced charge, not typed in
The details
- Webhooks
- A gateway that sends the same event twice still makes one payment. Only the first delivery is written, and finished events are remembered for 90 days.
- The posting
- A payment debits the bank and credits receivable. Refund at your gateway and Cynco posts the reverse entry.
- Payment pages
- Shareable pages for amounts that are not on an invoice.
- Cynco's fee
- From 1 November 2026, on Free the first RM2,000 collected each month is free, then 0.3%, capped at RM49 a month. Pro and Enterprise pay no Cynco fee.
- Gateway fees
- Your gateway's own fees apply on every plan.
