Invoices that post themselves

Quote, invoice and chase in one place. Finalising an invoice writes the sale to the ledger in one balanced entry, with the tax on its own line.

  • Tax on every line
  • Quotes to invoices
  • Recurring invoices
  • Reminders on a schedule
  • Numbered INV-YYYYMM-0001, with no gaps from failed saves
  • Discounts per line or on the whole invoice, and deposits
  • Any currency, with the rate it was raised at recorded on the entry

Getting paid

Reminders that go out on their own

Turn reminders on and every morning at ten Cynco looks for overdue invoices: a friendly note at three days, a firmer one at fourteen, a final one at thirty.

  • One step per run, and by default no two reminders to a customer inside three days
  • Every reminder logged against the invoice, with who it went to and when

Before and after

From the quote to the retainer

Send a quote, see when it is viewed and accepted, and turn it into an invoice with the same lines. Work that repeats can invoice itself, finalised and sent without you.

  • Quotes from draft to sent, viewed, accepted and converted
  • Recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly
