e-Invoice without a second system

Cynco files your invoices with LHDN MyInvois from the invoice you already wrote. It checks the buyer's TIN with LHDN before it files, keeps the UUID and QR code on the invoice, and holds you to the 72-hour cancellation window.

  • LHDN MyInvois
  • Buyer TIN checked
  • Credit and debit notes
  • Sandbox and production
  • Status checked with LHDN every five minutes
  • A filed invoice can't be voided or sent back to draft
  • UBL documents, one per submission

Corrections

Inside 72 hours, cancel. After, credit.

LHDN allows a cancellation for 72 hours after validation. Cynco asks for the reason, and once the window closes it points you to a credit note, filed the same way.

  • Credit notes (02) and debit notes (03)
  • A reason recorded with every cancellation

Connection

Sandbox first, then production

Save credentials for LHDN's preprod host to try it out, then switch to production. Either way they are encrypted before they are stored.

  • Credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  • Separate sandbox and production hosts

The details

Statuses
Pending, submitted, valid, invalid, cancelled or failed. Pending and failed are Cynco's; the rest come back from LHDN.
QR code
Each validated invoice carries a QR code that opens its record on LHDN's portal.
Buyer TIN
Checked with LHDN before filing, when the buyer has a TIN and registration number. General-public TINs skip the check.
Filed invoices
Once filed, an invoice cannot be voided or returned to draft. Corrections go through notes.
