Billing that renews itself

Sell plans, seats and usage to your own customers. Cynco renews each subscription, retries a declined card on a schedule, and turns every charge into a real invoice in your books.

  • Subscriptions and trials
  • Metered usage
  • Proration
  • Customer portal
  • Charge a saved card, or send an invoice with terms
  • Weekly to yearly, per seat or on tiers
  • Trials that start without a card

Usage

Price what your customers actually use

Meter a feature, include an allowance, and price the rest on graduated or volume tiers. Usage is recorded and the balance drawn down together, and a duplicate call is never counted twice.

  • Boolean, metered or credit-based features
  • Included, prepaid or usage-based billing

Self-serve

A portal your customers run themselves

Send a customer a link to their own billing portal. They can see their subscriptions, choose which saved card is charged or remove one, and cancel, without writing to you.

  • Portal links expire after an hour
  • Upgrades charged pro rata, downgrades take effect at the period end

The details

Statuses
Checkout, trialing, active, past due, paused, canceled and expired, with every change checked by a state machine.

The books
Each charge is a finalised Cynco invoice, posted to receivable and revenue. A refund becomes a credit note.
